Products are sold as-is as per the photos. There may be some natural imperfections like cracks and chips due to the nature of crystals and minerals.
Once packages leave our care, we are unable to take responsibility for missing or undelivered packages. Kindly track the package from delivery partner site.

Refunds or Exchanges:

Due to the delicate nature of our crystals, we generally do not accept returns.
We may consider making exceptions to our return policy. If you believe there are valid reasons for a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied for returned items. Please note that any shipping costs to return or exchange an item will be covered by you, the customer.
Refund Method: we ensure a seamless experience for our customers by processing refunds through the original payment method. If you choose to return an item, the refund will be issued back to the same channel used for the initial transaction. For example, if you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Please allow 10-15 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. Kindly note that earrings are excluded from our refund policy, due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings. Sale items are also excluded from our refund policy and we do not accept exchange on these items.
Please note: Once a return has been accepted, you will need to start the return by taking the item to the post office within 3 days of approval. Please contact us and let us know when you have completed the return. If we have not received confirmation 3 days after approval, the return will be cancelled and no longer accepted.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately within 12 hours. We are committed to finding a swift and satisfactory solution. To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged items. Kindly note that damage claims will not be accepted after 12 hours since tracking confirmed delivery to your location. In cases of severe damage during the shipping process we will accept returns with 100% refund to you on the damaged item. We will provide our return shipping address to which you can send the damaged item, and the refund will be issued immediately once we receive and checked the item. Please note that any shipping costs to return or exchange of a damaged item will be covered by you, the customer.
